Media is like barmy army where the foot soldiers are reporters and sub-editors. Reporters and sub-editors together say they are the crusaders of truth.
Sub-editors are like master chefs who make a delectable dish from the inputs of reporters, public, citizen journalists, news agencies, graphic artists, camera persons, etc. what a viewer gets is essentially what a sub-editor decides to give him.
